Delivery of the VMware Private Cloud within a record 9 months. This has saved TSTT approx. $31.5M in new hardware acquisition costs. This solution was one of the fastest deployments by VMware ever and TSTT was invited as a speaker at the Worldwide VMware conference.
Implemented Data Center Services and Cloud Strategy which is a growing revenue stream for TSTT. This includes the receipt of TIA 942-B Audit and Accreditation of TSTT’s primary data center. When this was first received TSTT was the second company in the Western Hemisphere to be awarded this accreditation. It also includes SOC2 accreditation making our Data Center the only one of its kind in the region.
Implemented the ITIL standards for Production Control and Change Management across all of IT. Lead the team responsible for all IT Change Requests with a 99.9% implementation success rate.
