Neelasham DIpnarine 

Teacher, Gasparillo Secondary School

Neelasham Dipnarine is a teacher attached to Gasparillo Secondary School. Mr. Dipnarine has 16 years of experience in teaching Information Technology and is currently acting in the position of Dean. He is also a part-time Tutor with School of Education- Diploma in Education (Technology Integration) programme. He has been involved in and conducted a number of professional development workshops for teachers and schools both in Trinidad and the Caribbean.


Neelasham is a holder of a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Greenwich, a Diploma in Process and Utilities Engineering Technology (Electrical/ Electronics) from the University of Trinidad and Tobago, an Advance Diploma in Oil and Gas (Instrumentation Maintenance Technician) from City and Guilds and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education with Distinction from the University of the West Indies.


Mr. Dipnarine became a teacher because he wanted to inspire students to achieve any goal that they set their minds to. Furthermore, to empower them to survive in today’s society. Most importantly, he enjoys helping students to discover their fullest potential.


He is currently the President of ITTPN GLOBAL and believes in assisting his colleagues in education. He believes through his efforts, he would be able to provide the assistance needed to develop fun and engaging lessons that caters to our millennial learners.
