Ian Alleyne

Ian T Alleyne is the founder of PayWise Limited in Trinidad and Tobago. Prior to starting the company, he worked in the IT, finance and education sectors. In 2013, PayWise was started to provide cash payment services targeting SMEs. In 2020, the company develop a mobile wallet app and in 2022, became the first entity to be granted an Electronic Money Issuer licence by the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago. The wallet allows the user to open an e-wallet account, deposit money to their account, pay bills, send and receive payments, conduct ecommerce and transfer funds to a bank account.
