Dr. Helen Cumberbatch

Helen Williams-Cumberbatch is Vice President of Student Affairs at COSTAATT. A former Fulbright scholar, she holds a PhD in Higher Education and Student Affairs, a Master’s in Higher Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies 

She currently serves as First Vice President of the Association of Caribbean Higher Education Administrators (ACHEA) and is a member of the Board of the Rock Education Support Service (RESS), an NGO that supports the educational aspirations of students in the Morvant community. 

Helen is passionate about student engagement and is a strong advocate for the creation of opportunities and pathways for students who lack the resources, support, and confidence needed to achieve their goals. She believes that every student, regardless of their background or academic ability, deserves a chance, and is committed to providing the support needed, within her sphere of influence, to create opportunities for their advancement.
