Lisa Dirk is one of the founding members of the RRRMC. She served as Secretary/Treasurer on the original board up through construction and the first year of operation. She currently serves as Treasurer having accepted the position in November of 2018. She also served as a volunteer reserve deputy with the Cass County Sheriffs Department from 2004 – 2009. It was during this time she became more active within the shooting sports. In 2010 she was certified by the NRA in multiple courses and became a Chief RSO. Since then she has taught courses as an independent instructor and now volunteers to teach courses on behalf of the RRRMC. She continues to offer individual instruction on an hourly basis as well
