This Privacy Policy explains how the RR Maintenance App handles user data.
The app requests access to the device camera solely for the purpose of:
Taking photos of damage, faults, or maintenance issues on Roborigger units
Documenting issues clearly for maintenance and reporting purposes
The app does NOT:
Record video
Access the camera without user action
Perform background image capture
All photos are taken manually by the user.
The photos you capture are used only for maintenance and operational reporting.
Depending on your organisation’s workflow, photos may be:
Stored locally on the device
Sent to your maintenance system or server (e.g., Debix device, ThingsBoard, internal Roborigger server)
Attached to checklist submissions for troubleshooting or documentation
Photos are not shared with any third parties outside your organisation unless required for maintenance or compliance.
The RR Maintenance App:
Does not collect personal information
Does not track users
Does not use analytics, advertising, or marketing SDKs
Does not access contacts, location, microphone, or storage except when required to attach your captured photos to maintenance submissions
The app does not use:
Advertising networks
Google Ads
Third-party tracking libraries
Social plugins
Data from the app is never sold, rented, or shared with external marketing or analytics services.
Any photos or data submitted are transmitted securely using authorised communication channels provided by Roborigger systems.
Access is limited to authorised operational staff for maintenance purposes only.
You may choose:
Not to take photos
To delete photos from the device before submission
To request deletion of submitted photos through internal company processes
We may update this Privacy Policy as required to meet operational or legal requirements.
