Teachers enjoyed learning about Tobago's Forest, Wetland and Coral Reefs over a 2-days Training workshop (July 19th & 20th). On day one they treked the muddy Gilpin Trail in the Rainforest Reserve and even got a soaking from the rain, but loved every bit of it. They also got a sample of the dirt oven bread at Castara. By the time we were finished at Castara it was getting late but they insisted that they still wanted to visit Corbin's Wildlife to see what was avilable for their students. It was a great day!

On day two, we treked along the Buccoo Marsh and Mangrove Wetlands while discusing the biology and ecology of these ecosystems. We then boarded a glass bottom reef boat and headed to Coral Gardens, then to the Nylon Pool, then to the Bon Accoord lagoon, where we had roti for lunch. The day ended with us bathing in the warm water at No-man's-Land. It was indeed a wonderful 2-day experience of learning and fun!
