Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns for:
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect items received
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@giftmugsco.com with photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Custom or personalized mugs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
