RQI Postdoc Meeting 2026

Welcome to the website of the RQI Postdoc Meeting 2026, which will take place from June 9 to June 13, 2026, in Villamartín de la Abadía (León, Spain), in the heart of El Bierzo, a uniquely beautiful region known for its peaceful atmosphere, lush valleys, and extraordinary natural and cultural heritage. 

The meeting is intended to foster a sense of community and cohesion among postdoctoral and early-career researchers within the RQI community, and to promote new collaborations, especially across different research lines within the field. 

Applications are invited from all early career researchers in RQI, as well as from PhD students who are expected to graduate within the following calendar year. All participants are encouraged to deliver a talk which will be livestreamed as part of the RQI Circuit.

The meeting will combine joint discussions, working sessions, informal exchanges, and free time to enjoy the surrounding area. It aims to provide a relaxed environment in which participants can exchange ideas, identify common interests, and explore possible future collaborations in a tranquil rural setting that offers an ideal atmosphere for reflection and discussion.
