Paper Submission Guidelines

All submissions must follow the paper formatting instructions for IEEE conference proceedings, available at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. The page limit for each submission is 6 pages with no page limit for the bibliography/references section, i.e., the paper material (including text, figures, tables, acknowledgement, etc.) must fit into 6 pages. Papers exceeding the (6+n) page limit at the time of the submission will be returned without review. All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format via https://uh-rq21.hotcrp.com/.

Authors must also prepare a poster presentation along with paper submission.

All paper submission will be a blind peer reviewed, i.e., the identity of the reviewers is concealed from the authors. Please remove your name and any information related to the paper's author (i.e. affiliation, email, etc.) as well as any grants or acknowledgments from your manuscript. Papers are reviewed by at least three independent reviewers and are evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, and relevance to the field.
