탭 스튜디오(김동훈, 이하 “운영자”)는 “픽셀 워커 RPG - 걷기로 키우는 모험 / Pixel Walker RPG”(이하 “앱”)를 운영합니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

앱은 실제 걸음을 게임 내 탐험·전투·성장·보상으로 연결하고, 이용자가 선택한 경우 기기를 변경하거나 앱을 다시 설치해도 게임 진행을 복구할 수 있도록 데이터를 처리합니다. 또한 계정 관리, 구매·구독 상태 확인, 광고 제공, 오류 분석 및 서비스 개선을 위해 아래에 설명한 정보를 처리합니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 이용 방법

가. 걸음 수와 게임 진행 정보
Android에서는 신체 활동 권한과 기기의 걸음 센서, iOS에서는 Core Motion의 걸음 수 기능을 이용합니다. 앱을 사용하지 않는 동안에도 운영체제가 허용하는 백그라운드 기능을 통해 걸음을 집계하고 게임에 반영할 수 있습니다. 센서·권한·배터리 설정에 따라 집계 시점과 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다.

게임 저장 정보에는 누적 걸음 수와 산책 진행, 캐릭터 능력치·레벨·스테이지·장비·스킬·재화·보상·퀘스트, 동료의 선택과 성장·추억, 최근 모험 기록이 포함됩니다. 모험 기록에는 발생 시각과 게임 내 걸음·보상·스테이지 변화 등이 포함될 수 있습니다. 이는 게임 내 기록이며 앱이 GPS 위치 권한을 이용하여 실제 산책 경로를 수집하는 기능은 아닙니다.

계정을 연동하지 않거나 “기기에만 저장”을 선택하면 새로운 클라우드 게임 백업 업로드를 시작하지 않습니다. 게임은 기기에서 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만 아래에 설명하는 인증·광고·분석 SDK의 정보 처리는 게임 클라우드 백업과 별개입니다.

나. 선택적 클라우드 게임 백업
계정을 연동하고 백업 사용에 동의하면 위 게임 저장 정보를 Firebase Cloud Firestore에 해당 계정과 연결하여 저장합니다. 목적은 게임 진행의 저장과 복구입니다. 이번 업데이트 후에는 안내 확인만으로 백업에 동의한 것으로 처리하지 않고, 백업 사용 여부를 별도로 선택하도록 합니다.

앱 설정에서 이 기기의 자동 백업 사용 여부를 변경할 수 있습니다. “기기에만 저장”으로 바꾸면 이후 새로운 자동 백업 요청을 시작하지 않으며, 기존 기기 데이터와 이미 저장된 클라우드 사본은 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. 기존 사본의 삭제나 개인정보 처리에 관한 동의 철회를 원하면 회원 탈퇴 또는 아래 문의 경로를 이용할 수 있습니다.

걸음 수를 판매하거나 광고 타기팅 자료로 직접 제공하지 않습니다. 백업 사용 여부는 계정별로 구분하며 게임 백업 데이터가 이 선택을 대신 변경하지 않습니다.

다. 계정 정보
앱은 계정 연동 전에도 Firebase 익명 인증을 통해 앱 내 사용자 식별자(UID)를 생성할 수 있습니다. Google 또는 Apple 계정을 연동하면 제공되는 고유 식별자, 표시 이름, 이메일 주소를 계정 연결과 게임 복구에 이용합니다. 운영자가 소셜 계정의 비밀번호를 직접 입력받거나 저장하지는 않습니다.

라. 구매·구독 정보
Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 결제 기능을 통해 상품과 구매·구독 상태를 확인하고 이용 권한을 제공합니다. 앱 개발자가 신용카드 번호 등 결제수단 정보를 직접 입력받지는 않습니다. 결제·환불 처리는 해당 스토어 정책에 따릅니다.

마. 광고·기기·분석·오류 정보
앱과 포함된 SDK는 기기 모델, 운영체제·앱 버전, 설치·기기·광고 식별자, IP 주소, 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단 및 충돌 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Firebase Analytics에는 보스 격파, 게임 내 아이템 구매, 강화 시도 등 이용 이벤트가 전달될 수 있으며 Firebase 사용자 식별자가 분석·충돌 정보와 연결될 수 있습니다.

AdMob은 광고 제공, 광고·서비스 분석 및 부정행위 방지 등을 위해 IP 주소와 그로부터 추정되는 대략적인 위치, 기기·광고 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이는 앱이 GPS 위치 권한을 새로 요청한다는 의미가 아닙니다. 광고 식별자와 추적 허용 상태는 운영체제 설정 및 해당 플랫폼의 정책에 영향을 받습니다.

3. 이용하는 외부 서비스

앱은 다음 서비스를 이용합니다. 각 서비스의 정보 처리에는 해당 서비스의 정책과 설정도 적용됩니다.

• Firebase Authentication: 익명 인증 및 Google·Apple 계정 연동
• Firebase Cloud Firestore: 이용자가 선택한 게임 진행 백업·복구
• Google Analytics for Firebase: 앱 사용 통계와 게임 이용 이벤트 분석
• Firebase Crashlytics: 충돌·진단 정보 분석
• Google AdMob: 배너·보상형 광고 제공 및 관련 분석·부정행위 방지
• Google Play 서비스 및 결제, Apple 로그인·App Store 결제: 플랫폼 기능 제공

4. 보관 및 삭제

기기에 저장된 게임 정보는 게임 이용을 위해 보관되며 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 등으로 제거할 수 있습니다. 운영체제의 기기 백업·복원 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 별도로 백업되거나 복원될 수 있습니다.

클라우드 게임 저장 정보와 연결 계정은 게임 복구 및 계정 관리를 위해 보관하며, 회원 탈퇴 또는 별도 삭제 요청이 처리될 때 삭제합니다. 로그아웃은 회원 탈퇴가 아니므로 로컬 게임 정보와 기존 클라우드 저장이 유지될 수 있습니다.

회원 탈퇴는 앱 설정에서 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 확인이나 네트워크 오류로 처리를 완료하지 못하면 오류를 안내하며 재시도가 필요할 수 있습니다. 분석·광고 서비스나 스토어가 별도로 처리하는 정보는 해당 서비스의 정책·설정 및 적용 법령에 따른 보유·삭제 절차가 적용됩니다. 앱의 회원 탈퇴가 모든 외부 서비스의 모든 기록을 즉시 삭제한다는 의미는 아닙니다.

5. 이용자의 선택 및 권리 행사

• 기기의 신체 활동·알림·광고 관련 권한과 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다. 권한에 따라 걸음 집계 등 해당 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 앱 설정에서 이 기기의 자동 클라우드 백업을 변경할 수 있습니다. 백업을 사용하지 않아도 기기에서 게임을 계속할 수 있습니다.
• 계정 및 관련 클라우드 데이터 삭제는 앱 설정의 “회원 탈퇴”에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 앱을 사용할 수 없거나 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지·동의 철회를 요청하려면 kimwoony91@gmail.com으로 연락해 주세요. 요청 대상 앱 이름과 관련 계정을 알려주시면 본인 확인 후 처리합니다. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.
• Google Play·App Store의 구독 취소는 해당 스토어에서 별도로 관리해 주세요. 앱 로그아웃이나 계정 삭제만으로 스토어 구독이 자동 해지된다고 보장하지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 관련 정보가 부적절하게 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 확인 후 필요한 삭제 등 조치를 진행합니다.

7. 정보 보호

앱은 개인정보 전송에 보안 연결을 이용하고, 연결된 계정의 클라우드 저장은 인증된 해당 사용자만 접근할 수 있도록 접근 제어를 적용합니다. 기기와 계정의 보안을 위해 운영체제와 앱을 최신 상태로 유지해 주세요.

8. 방침의 변경

방침을 변경하면 변경 내용과 적용 시점을 이 페이지에 공개하고 앱 내 안내 또는 업데이트 노트를 통해 알립니다. 별도의 동의가 필요한 새로운 처리는 필요한 동의를 받은 뒤 시작합니다. 이전 방침과 주요 변경 내용도 확인할 수 있도록 제공합니다.

탭 스튜디오 (Tap Studio, Kim Dong-hoon, the “Operator”) operates “픽셀 워커 RPG - 걷기로 키우는 모험 / Pixel Walker RPG” (the “App”).

1. Purposes

The App uses steps for exploration, combat, progression and rewards. If you choose cloud backup, it also processes data to restore your progress after changing devices or reinstalling. It processes the information below for account management, purchase and subscription entitlements, advertising, diagnostics and service improvement.

2. Information and use

A. Steps and game progress
Android uses physical activity permission and the device step sensor. iOS uses Core Motion step counting. Steps may be counted and applied while the App is not open through background capabilities permitted by the operating system. Timing and results can vary with sensors, permissions and battery settings.

Game saves include cumulative steps and walk progress; character stats, level, stage, equipment, skills, currencies, rewards and quests; companion selection, growth and memories; and recent adventure logs. Logs may include timestamps and in-game step, reward and stage changes. These are game records, not real walking routes collected using GPS location permission.

Without a linked account, or when you choose device-only storage, the App does not initiate new cloud game-save uploads. You can continue playing locally. Authentication, advertising and analytics SDK processing described below is separate from cloud game backup.

B. Optional cloud game backup
If you link an account and agree to use backup, the game-save information above is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore under that account to save and restore progress. After this update, acknowledging the privacy notice is not treated as backup consent. You choose backup separately.

You can change automatic backup for this device in Settings. Choosing device-only storage stops initiation of new automatic backup requests; it does not automatically delete existing device data or cloud copies. Use account deletion or the contact below to request deletion of existing copies or withdraw consent for processing.

We do not sell step counts or directly provide them for advertising targeting. Backup choices are separated by account and are not overwritten by restored game-save data.

C. Account information
Firebase Anonymous Authentication may generate an in-app user ID (UID) before you link an account. When you link Google or Apple, the supplied identifier, display name and email are used for account linking and game restoration. The Operator does not directly collect or store your social account password.

D. Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play or Apple App Store billing is used to verify products, purchase and subscription status, and entitlements. The developer does not directly collect payment-card numbers. Payments and refunds follow the relevant store’s policies.

E. Advertising, device, analytics and diagnostics information
The App and included SDKs may process device model, operating system and app version, installation/device/advertising identifiers, IP address, app and advertising interactions, diagnostics and crash information. Firebase Analytics may receive events such as boss defeats, in-game item purchases and enhancement attempts. Firebase user identifiers may be associated with analytics and crash information.

AdMob may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device/advertising identifiers, app/advertising interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This does not mean that the App requests GPS location permission. Advertising identifiers and tracking permissions depend on operating-system settings and platform policies.

3. External services

The following services are used, subject also to their own policies and settings:
• Firebase Authentication: anonymous authentication and Google/Apple account linking
• Firebase Cloud Firestore: optional game-progress backup and restoration
• Google Analytics for Firebase: app usage statistics and game-event analysis
• Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and diagnostics
• Google AdMob: banner/rewarded advertisements, measurement and fraud prevention
• Google Play services/billing and Apple sign-in/App Store billing: platform functions

4. Retention and deletion

Local game data is retained for gameplay and can be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling. Operating-system backup and restore settings may separately back up or restore App data.

Cloud game saves and linked accounts are retained for restoration and account management and deleted when account deletion or a separate deletion request is processed. Signing out is not account deletion; local progress and existing cloud saves may remain.

Request account deletion in App Settings. Identity-verification or network errors may prevent completion; the App shows an error and a retry may be needed. Information separately processed by analytics/advertising services or stores follows their policies, settings and applicable retention/deletion requirements. Deleting an App account does not immediately delete every record held by every external service.

5. Your choices and requests

• Change physical activity, notification and advertising permissions/settings on your device. Related functions, including step counting, may be limited.
• Change automatic cloud backup for this device in App Settings. Local gameplay remains available without cloud backup.
• Request account and related cloud-data deletion using “Delete Account” in Settings.
• If you cannot use the App, or wish to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent, contact kimwoony91@gmail.com with the App name and related account. We process requests after identity verification. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
• Manage subscription cancellation separately in Google Play or App Store. Signing out or deleting an account does not guarantee cancellation of a store subscription.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If inappropriate processing is identified, we investigate and take necessary action, including deletion.

7. Protection

The App uses secure connections to transmit personal information and access controls so that linked-account cloud saves are accessible to the authenticated account user. Keep your device, account and App secure and up to date.

8. Changes

Changes and their applicability are published on this page and announced in the App or update notes. New processing that requires separate consent begins after the necessary consent is obtained. Previous versions and key changes are available.

Key changes: clearer App/operator and anonymous-account identification; detailed optional game backup covering steps, companions, memories and adventure logs; distinctions among sign-out, device-only storage and account deletion; an external deletion-request route; clearer advertising, analytics and diagnostics disclosures; removal of the unused HealthKit reference.
