C Cell RPSF (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the RPF E-सुविधा mobile application (“App”, “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information of users who use our app and related services.

1. How we collect your data
Likely situations when you make personal data available to RPF E-सुविधा include, but are not limited to:
By using the RPF E-सुविधा mobile app or visiting our websites.
Registration for services, contests, or special events.
Accessing services using a third-party ID, such as social networking sites.
Subscribing to newsletters.
Purchasing products or services through RPF E-सुविधा (including in-app purchases).
Using “tell a friend,” “email this page,” or other similar features.
Requesting technical support.
Otherwise through use of RPF E-सुविधा where personal data is required for use and/or participation.
The data we process on you may include, but is not limited to: email address, device ID, IP address, usernames, and passwords. C Cell RPSF may supplement your data with information received from third parties in connection with demographic, advertisement, market, and other analytics surveys or services.
2. Ad serving
C Cell RPSF reserves the right to use and disclose the collected, non-personal data for purposes of advertising by C Cell RPSF. We may employ third-party ad serving technologies that collect information as a result of ad serving through the Service.
C Cell RPSF or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and geo-location information, as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that relevant advertising is presented. This may include IP address, Device ID, MAC address, installed software, application usage data, hardware type, Operating System information, browser information, unique identifiers in browser cookies, Flash cookies, HTML5 local storage, Internet usage information, and in-game information.
Some services may include the use of in-game advertisements or brand placement. Opting out does not mean you will no longer receive advertising; it may just be less customized to your interests.
3. Third Party Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of the Services may be subject to third-party terms and conditions. C Cell RPSF is not liable for any third party’s use of your personal data.
Certain services offered by C Cell RPSF, such as multiplayer gaming, social networking, and gaming console services, may use third-party services for authentication (gaming console ID, social networking ID, or gaming network account). In such cases, personally identifiable user data may be transferred automatically.
C Cell RPSF may disclose personal data to third parties in connection with corporate mergers, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of C Cell RPSF stock/assets, or other corporate changes. This Privacy Policy will continue to govern such personal data.
4. Outside the India consent to Processing and Transfer of Information
If you access RPF E-सुविधा outside of India, you consent to the transfer, collection, and processing of your personal information in India.
5. Change policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will provide advance notice by email, posting a notification on RPF E-सुविधा, or posting an updated Terms of Service 45 days in advance.
Your continued use of RPF E-सुविधा following the effective date constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
