Executive Summary

Our goal was to design a web-based application that can allow the departments to view software licenses and hardware assets for their organization. They can manage inventory, track used licenses, and prepare for re-supplying as needed. We wanted to design a friendly GUI so all departments could use this application with minimal training. All data is stored within a centralized database that can be accessed through web applications. Throughout the development of this process, we utilized Docker containers, MySQL, Apache Web Server, Visual Studio Code, PHP, HTML, and GitHub commits. Development was all synchronized throughout GitHub amongst all group members. 

Meetings were held with the client via Teams on a weekly basis and our team met each week as well to coordinate tasks and review what had been completed. We posted frequent SQL dump files to provide database synchronization. It is our goal to provide the perfect web application for your needs.
