Like many, I have always loved food. I love the aromas, flavors, colors and that warm feeling you get when you eat a really good meal; the kind that makes you do a little dance. It wasn't until I attended my first Culinary Arts class, that I experienced my love for cooking.

I took Culinary Arts for 3 years at our local vocational school. My instructor Coach Rodney Quick, introduced me to the world of cooking. From learning spices, to meat cuts, food parings, and much more, my love for food evolved into more than just a physical experience, but became an emotional one as well!

Rōz Meal Prep was a light bulb idea! My friend Zach was tired of spending so much money eating out and not eating healthy. I asked him how he would feel if I cooked for him instead. He was completely on board! Eager to get to work, I had to do some research on the area of meal preparation and the steps it took to become a great business! That's when I discovered the world of personal chefs and meal prepping.
Seeing that there is a demand for healthy and affordable, prepared meals in my area made me realize that I could be doing this for so many others as well. And thus, the beginning of Rōz Meal Prep Delivery, LLC !
