Rik Rozendaal

Welcome to my website!

I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics at Tilburg University. I am a macroeconomist who works on topics related to the environment, and on climate policy in particular. I do both theoretical and empirical work. Find out more about my research here.

I received my Bachelor's degree from Maastricht University in 2018 and my Research Master's degree from Tilburg University in 2020, and I was a visiting researcher at Resources for the Future in Washington, DC in 2023.

In August 2024 I will start as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Leiden University.
