The Royal Fencing Center in Dhaka is overseen by a well-structured board of passionate fencing advocates. As of 2025, its executive committee is led by Muazzam Saleh, who serves as Founder and President. He is supported by Sadab Bin Sultan Dhrubo, the Co-Founder and General Secretary, who helps manage the club’s operations and strategic growth. Mushfikah Hossain Tusi holds the key financial responsibility as the Treasurer (CFO), ensuring the center’s resources are well-managed. Fahmida Binte Masud contributes as a Team Management Secretary, bringing her vision and dedication to the sport. Abrar Mahir, the Tactical and Strategic Secretary contributes his strategical knowledges to grow the athletic environment and clubs developments.

Coach Muazzam Saleh, the Head Coach, brings strong leadership and deep technical expertise, guiding athletes with professional training and disciplined development. Alongside him, Coach Fahmida Binte Masud serves as the Female Coach, inspiring and empowering young women in fencing while ensuring balanced, inclusive training for all students.
