Upon joining the server, Royal Support should have all permissions required in order to execute all of its commands. If for some reason this is not the case, give Royal Support a role that includes administrator permissions, as this allows Royal Support to run at its smoothest capacity.

Once the permissions are established, if you do not have one already, run !settings (case sensitive) and make sure Royal X has full access to this require settings. This will allow Royal Support to log multiple actions, like members leaving, members joining, bans, and so on.

(Note: It is recommended that per-server settings channels should be restricted to only authorized members of your server, but this is entirely up to your choosing)

This is most likely due to your DM restrictions, in which the bot couldn't send you a DM with the instructions. However, if you are definitive that this isn't the case for you, please let us know .
