Legal Notice / Binding Agreement

Royal Bowls LLC (DBA Royal Bowls) (“Royal Bowls,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website and related services subject to the Customer Support Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Policies”), which are incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking catering services, placing an order, or completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be legally bound by the Policies. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or complete a transaction.

Governing Law / Jurisdiction / Venue

All Policies and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

• Any order

• Catering booking

• Deposit payment

• Website access

• Payment processing

• Service performance

(collectively, “Disputes”) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any Dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Catering Deposits & Payment Policy

1. Deposit Requirement

Catering and event services require a non-refundable booking deposit to reserve the event date, production scheduling, ingredient procurement, staffing allocation, and logistics coordination.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

All catering deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise required by California law or agreed to in writing by Royal Bowls LLC.

The deposit compensates Royal Bowls for:

• Reserved calendar availability

• Staffing allocation

• Vendor coordination

• Ingredient purchasing commitments

• Operational planning

3. Cancellations

Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit. Remaining balances may be subject to additional cancellation terms stated in invoices or agreements.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Before initiating any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with a bank or credit card processor, you agree to contact Royal Bowls at:

and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Initiating a chargeback for a valid, authorized, and non-refundable deposit constitutes a payment dispute.

• Royal Bowls reserves the right to contest chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Documentation submitted to payment processors may include invoices, booking confirmations, event communications, production records, staffing schedules, receipts, delivery documentation, and electronic authorization records.

• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be reported and pursued under applicable California law.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment through Stripe or any approved processor, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized cardholder.

• You have authority to approve the transaction.

• The information provided is accurate and complete.

• The transaction is not fraudulent.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Royal Bowls does not store full payment card numbers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

Royal Bowls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or event-related losses arising from delays, cancellations, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

In all cases, Royal Bowls’ total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Royal Bowls LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Policies at any time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policies.
