I’m Alida — and together with my husband Pieter, we’re the heart behind Royal Treats Studio.
Our journey began in 2016 as a young couple with two small kids and a shared love for baking. What started in our home kitchen was never meant to be a business — just a passion we enjoyed side by side.
I didn’t even want to put “cakes” in the business name because I was afraid to fail. That’s why we called it Royal Treats — open-ended, safe. But God had bigger plans.
Over the years, He’s grown our skills, creativity, and faith. Every cake, every returning client, every late night — it’s all been part of a beautiful journey we never expected.
Today, Royal Treats Studio is more than just a bakery. It’s a faith-filled, family-run business rooted in love, excellence, and purpose.

Where do I order?
You can order online or by email.
How long for a quote?
Up to 48 hours. We don’t send quotes on Fridays or Saturdays.
How do I book?
A 50% deposit secures your booking. Bento cakes must be paid in full.
Do you deliver?
Only for wedding cakes and select areas. All other cakes must be collected.
When should I order?
At least 2 weeks in advance is best. You can still check for availability.
