The Royal Express Rider App is intended exclusively for authorized Royal Express delivery personnel to manage orders assigned through the Royal Express logistics platform.
By installing or using this application, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.

Personal Information (provided by you or your employer):

• Rider/Staff ID for authentication

• Name

Technical & Device Information (collected automatically):

• Device type and operating system version

• App build/version

• IP address used during access

The information collected is used strictly for operational and security purposes, such as:

• Verifying rider identity and authorizing access

• Allocating and updating delivery assignments

• Tracking delivery progress in real time

• Supporting financial reconciliation (e.g., Cash on Delivery)

• Enhancing rider performance and platform efficiency

• Maintaining app reliability and safety

3. Sharing of Data

Personal data is never sold. Information may only be disclosed in the following cases:

• Shared with your employer/dispatcher via the Royal Express Admin Portal to enable delivery operations

• Provided to regulators, law enforcement, or government agencies if disclosure is legally mandated

4. Data Retention

Rider data is retained only for the duration required to complete operational and compliance obligations.
Once a rider account is closed or employment is terminated, records may either be securely deleted or archived as per Royal Express’s internal policies.

Authorized riders are entitled to:

All such requests should be directed to your employer or platform administrator.

This app is strictly for professional use by authorized Royal Express riders.
It is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
