Cheer has been a lifelong passion of mine—one that has shaped both my personal and professional journey. I began cheering in high school, continued at the University of Washington, and ultimately had the honor of cheering professionally for the Seattle Seahawks. My love for performance expanded into professional dance, where I toured, taught, choreographed, and coached across the country.
Throughout my career, I’ve also coached cheer, dance, and gymnastics, produced live shows, and remained active in professional cheerleading as alumni and a member of the NFL/NBA Cheer Association. I 've also continued to work with the NFL Legacy Program.
Beyond performance, my professional resume reflects years of experience as a marketing executive in both the corporate and entertainment sectors. I am a thoughtful and proven leader with a record of innovation, impact, and integrity. I recently joined the staff at Royal High School, and I’m excited to bring my passion and experience to this program.
I care deeply about the whole athlete—not just what they bring to the mat, but who they are as people. I am a:
Certified Human Rights Consultant through the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights in Washington, D.C., Master Certified Life Coach and a Certified Reiki Master /Teacher.
My heart for service has led me to extensive volunteer work. I was honored to receive the “Hand Up Award” from Goodwill Industries for my leadership as Chair of their Senior Advisory Council, and a commendation from former LAPD Chief Charlie Beck for my support of domestic violence survivors.
At Royal High Cheer, we are building more than a team—we are cultivating a family grounded in culture, commitment, and integrity. I’m here not just to coach, but to guide, support, and champion each athlete every step of the way.
To support respectful and productive communication, Royal High School Cheer observes a 24-hour “Cooling-Off Period” for non-emergency concerns.
