Rowen Thomas is a consultant and public speaker who has over a decade of educational facilitation experience.
They work to spread understanding, awareness, and empathy about the experiences of individuals with historically marginalized or minoritized identities, with a particular focus on queer and transgender people of color.
Rowen consults with organizations in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:
making spaces, structures, or forms more inclusive;
developing members or stakeholders in their understanding of identity, power, privilege, oppression, unconscious bias and other related topic areas;
curriculum development and facilitation of organization-specific workshops, training and events;
and public speaking at events.
