I wasnt always someone who loved health and fitness. I would actually say I loved pizza and comfort more than anything. This all changed when a friend invited me to join him at the gym and lift weights, I fell in love with it and my journey began. Over the years I struggled with being too skinny and on the other side of the scale due to poor food choices also have excess fat on my body which made me feel insecure about myself. In 2011 I decided to learn everything I could about Fitness and Nutrition and enrolled in the Australian Institute of Fitness where I completed my Master Trainer course.
Since then I have been helping others reach their goals and pushing myself beyond anything I thought was possible. Iv tried all the diet fads so I know what works and what doesnt. Iv tried so many different types of exercise regimes and I have come up with my own that gets results.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, its not just about the external appearance but also whats happening inside of you. So if you train with me we will focus on your food, building muscle, losing fat and cardio vascular health. We will also focus on stretching and making sure your body is well balanced.
