Established in 1946 as a Junior Basic (J.B.) School, Rowa High School, has grown over the decades into a full-fledged secondary institution. It has proudly served generations of students from surrounding rural areas, with a strong focus on academic growth, social values, and community engagement.

🌐 Medium of Instruction

Originally a Bengali Medium school, in 2022, Rowa High School began a gradual transition to the English Medium under the initiative of the Government of Tripura.

Currently, Classes I to IV are taught in English Medium.
Every upcoming year, the next higher class will be added in English medium mode until the transition completes up to Class X.

This bilingual approach ensures smooth adaptation while maintaining the essence of regional language and culture.
