We typically respond to all messages within 24–48 hours.
Since Routina uses the Apple App Store and Google Play Store's native payment systems, we do not have direct access to your credit card or billing information.
To Manage or Cancel Pro: Please open your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (on iOS) or the Google Play Store App > Menu > Subscriptions (on Android).
Restore Purchases: If you have upgraded to Pro but don't see your features, go to the Routina Settings menu inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
In compliance with global privacy standards and App Store requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your data.
Request Data Deletion: If you would like your habits, routines, and purchase history permanently removed from our servers, please email us at the address above with your User ID (found at the bottom of the Routina Settings page).
We will process your request and purge all associated data within 7 business days.
