1. SIFIR TOLERANS
Route, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) yönelik
her türlü içerik ve davranışa karşı sıfır tolerans uygular.
Aşağıdakiler kesinlikle yasaktır:
- Çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM) oluşturmak, yüklemek,
paylaşmak veya bunlara bağlantı vermek
- Reşit olmayan kişileri cinselleştiren fotoğraf, video, metin
veya yorum paylaşmak
- Reşit olmayan bir kişiyle cinsel amaçlı iletişim kurmak,
güven ilişkisi geliştirmeye çalışmak veya buluşma ayarlamak
(çocuk kandırma / grooming)
- Reşit olmayan kişilerin cinsel ticaretini kolaylaştırmak veya
bu amaçla konum bilgisi paylaşmak
Bu kurallar Route Kullanım Şartları'nın ayrılmaz parçasıdır ve
uygulamanın tüm bölümlerinde geçerlidir: paylaşımlar, yorumlar,
özel mesajlar, grup sohbetleri, profil bilgileri ve mekan kayıtları.
2. YAŞ SINIRI
Route 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerin kullanımına kapalıdır.
13 yaşın altında olduğu tespit edilen hesaplar kapatılır.
3. BİLDİRİM MEKANİZMASI
Kullanıcılar uygulama içinden aşağıdakileri bildirebilir:
- Sosyal akıştaki paylaşımlar (kartın sağ üstündeki ⋮ menüsü)
- İşletme gönderileri ve kampanyalar
- Yorumlar (yorumun yanındaki bayrak simgesi)
- Kullanıcı profilleri (profil ekranındaki ⋮ menüsü)
- Arkadaş listesindeki kişiler (⋮ menüsü)
- Özel mesajlaşma ekranındaki kişiler (⋮ menüsü)
- Mekan kayıtları (mekan ekranındaki ⋮ menüsü)
Bildirim penceresindeki sebep listesinde "Çocuk güvenliği —
reşit olmayan kişiyle ilgili" seçeneği ayrı bir madde olarak
yer alır ve kullanıcı isterse açıklama ekleyebilir.
Kullanıcılar ayrıca istedikleri kişiyi engelleyebilir. Engellenen
kişi kullanıcının içeriğini göremez, mesaj gönderemez ve aramada
görünmez.
4. İNCELEME
Gelen bildirimler yönetim paneline düşer. Çocuk güvenliği
bildirimleri listenin en üstünde ayrıca işaretlenerek gösterilir
ve diğer bildirimlerden önce ele alınır.
İnceleme sırasında bildirilen içeriğin kendisi (fotoğraf, metin,
paylaşan kişi ve tarih) görüntülenir; karar bu inceleme sonucunda
verilir. Her bildirimin durumu kayıt altında tutulur.
Çocuk güvenliği bildirimleri en geç 48 saat içinde incelenir.
5. YAPTIRIM
CSAE ihlali tespit edildiğinde:
- İçerik yayından kaldırılır
- İlgili hesap askıya alınır veya kalıcı olarak kapatılır
- İçerik ve hesap kayıtları, yasal makamlara iletilmek üzere
silinmeden saklanır
Yaptırım için uyarı verilmesi gerekmez; ihlal tespitinde
doğrudan uygulanır.
6. YASAL BİLDİRİM
Tespit edilen CSAE vakaları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatı uyarınca
yetkili makamlara bildirilir. Gerektiğinde NCMEC (National Center
for Missing & Exploited Children) ve ilgili uluslararası kurumlara
bildirim yapılır.

1. ZERO TOLERANCE
Route has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
(CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited:
- Creating, uploading, sharing or linking to child sexual abuse
material (CSAM)
- Sharing photos, videos, text or comments that sexualise minors
- Contacting a minor for sexual purposes, building trust for such
purposes, or arranging to meet a minor (grooming)
- Facilitating the sexual trafficking of minors, including sharing
location data for that purpose
These rules form part of the Route Terms of Service and apply
across the entire app: posts, comments, direct messages, group
chats, profile information and place entries.
2. AGE LIMIT
Route is not available to persons under 13 years of age. Accounts
identified as belonging to users under 13 are closed.
3. IN-APP REPORTING
Users can report the following from within the app:
- Posts in the social feed (⋮ menu on the card)
- Business posts and campaigns
- Comments (flag icon next to the comment)
- User profiles (⋮ menu on the profile screen)
- People in the friends list (⋮ menu)
- People in direct message conversations (⋮ menu)
- Place entries (⋮ menu on the place screen)
The reason list in the reporting dialog includes "Child safety —
involves a minor" as a distinct option, and users may add a note.
Users can also block any person. A blocked person cannot see the
user's content, send messages, or appear in search.
4. REVIEW
Reports are delivered to the moderation panel. Child safety
reports are pinned to the top of the list, marked separately, and
handled before other reports.
During review the reported content itself (photo, text, author and
date) is displayed, and the decision is made on that basis. The
status of every report is recorded.
Child safety reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
5. ENFORCEMENT
When a CSAE violation is confirmed:
- The content is taken down
- The account is suspended or permanently closed
- Content and account records are preserved rather than deleted,
so they can be provided to the authorities
No prior warning is required; enforcement is immediate upon
confirmation.
6. LEGAL REPORTING
Confirmed CSAE cases are reported to the competent authorities
under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Where applicable,
reports are also made to NCMEC (National Center for Missing &
Exploited Children) and relevant international bodies.
