Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the Game and any purchases.
3. Licence to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on your compatible device for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of your app store.
4. What you may not do
You agree not to:
copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
use cheats, hacks, bots, automation, modified apps, emulators used to gain an unfair advantage, or any method that alters the Game or its data;
exploit bugs or errors to obtain coins, boosters, skins, stars or other items, and you agree to report them to us instead;

use the Game for any unlawful, harmful or commercial purpose, or in a way that breaches the rights of others.
5. Virtual items and in-app purchases
5.1 Virtual items. The Game includes virtual items such as coins, boosters (Undo, Tow Truck, Green Wave, Traffic Cop, Extra Lane), ring skins, chest rewards and VIP level access ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for real money. You receive only a limited licence to use them within the Game.
5.2 Optional purchases. The Game is free to play, and you can enjoy it without spending money. Some Virtual Items and features may be offered for real money through your app store. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may include taxes.
5.3 Payment and billing. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or your relevant app store, and their terms apply. We do not process your payment details.
5.4 Refunds. Purchases are generally final, except where the law or the app store's policy provides otherwise. Refund requests should be made to the app store where you purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have, including any right of withdrawal or cancellation.
5.5 Parental controls. We encourage parents to use the purchase restrictions and approval settings on their devices to manage children's spending.
5.6 Loss of items. Virtual Items may be lost if you delete the Game, reset your device or lose your account on a platform without a backup. We are not obliged to restore lost items, although we may choose to help where reasonably possible.
5.7 Changes to items. We may change, rebalance, replace or remove Virtual Items, prices, rewards, chest contents, daily gifts, difficulty and game features at any time, including to fix bugs or keep the Game fair.
6. Free rewards
Daily gifts, chests, achievements and other rewards are provided as a courtesy to players, have no cash value, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Rewards may be limited by time, level or streak, and attempts to manipulate rewards (for example, by changing your device clock) may result in rewards being removed.
7. Updates and availability
We may release updates, patches and new content, and some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the Game or any feature, in whole or in part, at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Game, we will try to give reasonable notice where practical.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, including its software, code, artwork, characters, cars, roads, cities, levels, music, sounds, text, logos, names (including "Roundabout Rush") and all related content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence in section 3, we reserve all rights. You may not use our names, logos or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you agree we may use them freely, without payment or obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Game depends on third-party platforms such as Apple, Google and analytics, advertising or cloud-save providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions, availability or policies.
10. Termination and suspension
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access, remove Virtual Items or reset progress, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, cheated, committed fraud or abused the Game or our services. If your access is ended for breach, you will not be entitled to a refund of Virtual Items, to the extent allowed by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that you will achieve any particular result, such as earning a specific number of stars, or that progress will never be lost due to technical faults.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, licensors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, Virtual Items or progress, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) [USD 50].
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights you have.
13. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.
14. Health and safety
Play in moderation and take regular breaks. Do not play the Game while driving, cycling, crossing the road or in any situation where you need to pay attention to your surroundings. Roundabout Rush is a puzzle game and does not teach or replace real traffic rules, driver training or road safety guidance.
15. Colour-blind mode and accessibility
We aim to make the Game accessible, including a Colour-blind mode that adds shapes to cars and roads. If you have accessibility feedback or difficulty using the Game, please contact us at [support@yourdomain.com].
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements or business changes. We will post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you in the Game or by other suitable means. If you continue to use the Game after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop playing and delete the Game.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, the courts of [City, Country] will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Game. [Optional: insert arbitration or class action waiver clause for US players, if you choose to use one.]
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another region with mandatory consumer protections, you keep the benefit of those protections and may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
Before starting any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us at [support@yourdomain.com] so we can try to resolve it informally.
18. Apple and Google platform terms
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that:
these Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google;
Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game;
Apple and Google are not responsible for claims relating to the Game, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims, and as a result of any failure of the Game to conform to a warranty, the refund (if any) is handled according to the store's policy;
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you;
you must comply with the applicable third-party terms of the store and of your device network when using the Game.
19. General
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, it does not mean we have given it up.
Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
Force majeure. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails where the law allows.
