Rouhy ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Rouhy mobile application ("Rouhy", "the App") handles information when you use our services.

By using Rouhy, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. About Rouhy

Rouhy is a personal memory and storytelling application designed to help users create and preserve meaningful memories.

Rouhy allows users to create personal Story Books and Calendar Books, add photos and memories, create PDF books, and export their books as videos.

We designed Rouhy with privacy in mind. Your personal memories and photos are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them.


2. Information We Collect

7. Free Trial and Premium Subscription

Rouhy offers a 7-day free trial to let you experience the app before deciding whether to subscribe.

This free trial is provided directly by Rouhy. It does not require a Google Play subscription, a payment method, or any billing information. The trial period is tracked locally on your device from the moment you choose to begin it.

After the free trial ends, certain features — such as creating new pages, books, PDFs, or videos — may require an active Rouhy Premium subscription to continue using them. Your existing memories, books, and content remain fully viewable regardless of trial or subscription status.

If you choose to subscribe to Rouhy Premium, that is a separate, paid subscription processed through Google Play. Google Play's own terms govern the billing, renewal, and cancellation of that subscription, as described in Section 6.

Rouhy may use third-party services required to provide certain functionality.

Because much of your personal content is stored locally on your device, the security of your device is also important.

Rouhy is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Rouhy is designed for adults and older teens creating and preserving personal memories, relationships, and life events — content and themes that are not intended for young children.

If Rouhy is used within a family, a parent or guardian should supervise use by anyone under 13, since the App allows entering names, dates, photos, and other personal content.

Because Rouhy stores this content locally on the device rather than on our servers, we do not have visibility into who is using the App on a given device.

If we become aware that personal information has been provided to us by a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us using the information in Section 16.


13. Data Deletion

Because Rouhy primarily stores user-created content locally on your device, you can generally remove that content by deleting it within the App or removing the App and its associated local data from your device.

Before deleting the App, we recommend exporting or backing up any memories, photos, books, PDFs, or videos that you want to keep.
