At the agency, you can get an overview of the various case officers. Each case officer offers unique case specific case loads. For example, Hank only offers security caseloads, whereas Larry only offers 24/7 caseloads etc.

Within the agency, you can also see the operational overview. This shows which operations and which leads are still open.
