By downloading, installing, or using Rotz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rotz is a mobile application that uses generative AI technology, powered by third-party infrastructure, to create humorous or chaotic Italian brainrot-style content based on two words input by the user. The App provides AI-generated content for entertainment and creative purposes.

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may:

• Use the App to generate, share, and enjoy brainrot content for personal or non-commercial creative expression.

• Save, copy, or post the content you generate on social media or messaging platforms.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App itself.

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or unauthorized purposes.

• Input words that are explicit, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, or that violate any laws or third-party rights.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all original content, code, design, and features (excluding user-generated outputs) are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the AI-generated text outputs based on your inputs. However, we do not claim any ownership of your input words or the resulting content.

5. Generated Content

All content is generated automatically using AI models processed through third-party services, based on the user’s text input. While you retain rights to use and share the generated content, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws. We do not monitor user-generated content, but we reserve the right to block or restrict access if inappropriate or abusive use is detected.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rotz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Responsibility for User Actions

We are not liable for any harm, offense, or consequences that result from your use of the App or the content it generates. You are fully responsible for how you use or distribute the content produced by the App.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, process, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date will reflect the most recent version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Rotz at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.
