This Privacy Notice for Seki (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we
might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our
services (“Services”), including when you:
Download and use our mobile application (Rotoblocks), or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice

About Rotoblocks. Rotoblocks is a fast-paced puzzle game where every move reshapes
the board. Swipe to slam blocks together, forming groups of three or more matching colors to clear
them and build massive combo chains. After each clear, the entire board rotates 90 degrees clockwise,
causing blocks to re-pack, cascade, and create new opportunities for even bigger reactions. As your
score rises, new blocks appear faster and the board becomes increasingly crowded, pushing your
planning and adaptability to the limit. Easy to learn, difficult to master, and endlessly
replayable.
Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights
and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If
you still have questions, contact us at sekiirooo24@gmail.com.
What information do we collect? Rotoblocks has no sign-up and asks you
for nothing. Your game progress is saved on your own device. Two things do leave it: the app
shows advertisements served by Google AdMob, whose software collects certain device
information in order to serve and measure them; and if you choose to join the
leaderboard, your score, a generated nickname and your country are published
to it. The leaderboard is opt-in — nothing is published until you press Join.
Do we process sensitive personal information? No.
Do we collect information from third parties? We do not. Google collects
information directly through its advertising software, under its own policies.
How do we process your information? To run the game, to save your progress on
your device, and to show advertising that funds it. We do not build profiles of you and we run no
analytics of our own.
With whom do we share information? Google, as our advertising provider. See
section 4.
What about children? Rotoblocks is suitable for all ages and is a Google Play
Families app. The app asks your age once on first launch and applies Google’s child or teen
advertising treatment to everyone below the age of consent — which disables personalised advertising
and prevents the advertising identifier from being transmitted. Your age itself is never
stored. The leaderboard is opt-in for everyone, and players below 18 can view it but cannot
join. See sections 8 and 9.
What are your rights? Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access,
correction, deletion, and opt-out. See sections 13 and 15.
How do you exercise them? Email sekiirooo24@gmail.com, or use
the in-app controls. See section 18.

In short: You give us nothing, because there is nothing to give us.
Google’s advertising software collects device information in order to serve ads.
None. Rotoblocks has no registration, no accounts, no login, no social media
login, no profile, no username, no email field, and no in-app purchases. There is nothing in the app
that asks you for personal information, and we operate no servers for it to be sent to.
If you email us with a question, we obviously receive your email address and whatever you write.
We use it only to answer you.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure them, Google’s
advertising software may collect:
IP address — which Google and the app stores treat as approximate (coarse) location. This is not precise location and does not come from your device’s location services.
Product and app interaction data — for example that an ad was requested, shown, viewed, or tapped.
Diagnostics — crash and performance data from the advertising component.
Device or other identifiers, including the device’s advertising ID — subject to the important limits in section 8. For anyone below the age of consent, and for anyone who has not answered the age question, the advertising identifier is not transmitted at all.
We do not receive this information. It is collected by Google, under Google’s own policies.
We do not process sensitive information of any kind — no racial or ethnic origin, no sexual
orientation, no religious beliefs, no biometrics, no health data, no financial data, no precise
location.
In short: To run the game, save your progress locally, and show the
advertising that funds it.
To provide the game itself. Your score, coins, level, unlocked block styles and settings are stored on your device so the game works between sessions.
To show advertising. Rotoblocks is free and funded by ads. Google processes the information in section 1 to serve and measure them, and to prevent advertising fraud.
To apply age-appropriate advertising protections. See section 8.
To answer you if you contact us.
To comply with law, if we are ever legally required to.
We do not process your information for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any
purpose that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
In short: Legitimate interests for running the game, consent for
personalised advertising where the law requires it.
If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain our legal
bases:
Legitimate interests — operating the game, storing your progress on your own device, and showing non-personalised advertising to fund a free app.
Consent — personalised advertising, where applicable. Where consent is required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for it before any ad is requested, and you can withdraw it at any time (see section 5). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew. Users below the age of consent are never asked, because consent cannot lawfully be given at that age — they receive non-personalised ads instead.
Consent — the leaderboard. Publishing your score, nickname and country to a public board happens only when you press Join board, and stops when you press Remove me. Nothing is published before that, so there is nothing to withdraw until you choose to take part.
Legal obligations — where we must comply with the law.
If you are in Canada, we rely on your express or implied consent, and may in
limited circumstances process information without consent where the law permits (for example, fraud
detection and prevention). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
In short: With Google, for advertising. With nobody else.
Google (AdMob / Google Mobile Ads). Our advertising provider. Google processes the information described in section 1 for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, under its own policies:
How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Google (Firebase). Our leaderboard provider — Cloud Firestore stores the entries and Firebase Authentication issues the anonymous identifier. Only applies if you are eligible for the leaderboard; see section 9.
Everyone, for leaderboard entries. A leaderboard is public by definition. If you are on it, the nickname the app generated for you, your score and your country code are visible to other players.
Business transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
Legal compliance. Where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal information. We use no analytics provider, no crash
reporting service of our own, no attribution SDK, and no social media integration. Google Analytics
for Firebase ships inside the Firebase libraries and is deactivated in this app — it
collects nothing.
The app shows two kinds of ad: optional rewarded ads you choose to watch in
exchange for an in-game bonus, and occasional interstitial ads between games. Every
ad offer is clearly labelled, and no full-screen ad ever opens from a single tap.
Consent, where the law requires it. In the EEA and UK under GDPR, and in regulated
US states, the app shows a privacy message powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform before
any ads are requested.
Changing your mind. Open the app, tap the i button on the main
screen, then Ad Privacy Settings. This is where you review or withdraw a choice you
have made, and — if you are in a regulated US state — where you exercise a “Do Not Sell or Share My
Personal Information” choice.
That control appears when there is a stored choice to revise. If there is not — which is the normal
case for anyone below the age of consent, since no consent was ever collected — the app shows a short
note in its place explaining why, rather than an empty section or a button that does nothing.
Device-level controls. You can also reset your device’s advertising ID, or opt out
of ads personalisation entirely, from your device’s own system settings.
The app saves your game state locally, using the platform’s standard local preferences storage.
This includes:
your high score, coin balance, XP and level,
a snapshot of an unfinished game so you can resume it,
which block style you have equipped and which ones you own,
your daily objectives, daily-reward state and streak,
your achievement statistics and which achievements you have claimed,
whether you have seen the tutorial,
your Music, Sound FX and Vibrate preferences,
ad pacing counters — how recently an interstitial was shown, used only to show you fewer ads,
the derived age category described in section 8 (never the age itself).
None of this ever leaves your device. It is not associated with any identity, it
is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.
In short: Your game data lives on your device. A leaderboard entry,
if you have one, lives until you delete it.
The data described in section 6 lives only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app
or clear its data.
Leaderboard entries are kept until you remove them (section 18). We do not automatically
expire entries based on inactivity: a high score losing its place because someone had a quiet month
would defeat the point of a leaderboard. If the leaderboard is ever discontinued, the collection is
deleted.
If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your leaderboard entry is not deleted.
We want to be straightforward about this rather than imply otherwise. Your entry is tied to an
anonymous account held on your device, and only that account is permitted to delete it. When the app
is removed, the only credential that could delete the entry goes with it, and the app is not able
to reach it again. Android also gives apps no way to run any code when they are uninstalled.
To remove your entry, use “Remove me” in the app before uninstalling. That deletes it immediately
and completely. If an entry is left behind after an uninstall or cleared app data, it may remain
until it is manually removed from the leaderboard data.
If you have already uninstalled and want an entry removed, contact us (section 17). However, entries
carry no name, email address or anything else identifying you, so we may not be able to identify a
particular anonymous entry from a message alone.
Information collected by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s own retention
policies, described in Google’s privacy policy (linked in section 4).
If you email us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.
In short: Rotoblocks is built to be safe for children. The app asks
your age once, uses it to decide what advertising is permitted, and then discards it.
Rotoblocks is a Google Play Families app and is suitable for all ages.
The app asks how old you are once, on the first launch. Your answer decides what
kind of advertising we are allowed to request for that device.
Your age is not stored. It is used to work out which category applies and is then
discarded. Only the resulting category, a consent flag, a version number for the rule used, and the
age threshold it was compared against are saved on your device. We never keep the number you entered,
and it is never transmitted anywhere.
Below the applicable age of consent, or if the question has not been answered yet — the app applies Google’s Child age treatment to every ad request, before any ad is requested. Google documents this as preventing transmission of the advertising identifier, disabling personalised advertising and remarketing, and disabling requests to third-party ad vendors. You are never asked to consent to personalised advertising, because below that age you cannot legally give it.
Teenagers — Google’s Teen age treatment applies, with the same suppression of personalised advertising.
Adults — standard advertising applies, subject to the consent choices in section 5.
If the stored data is ever missing, damaged, or written under an older rule version, the app treats
you as unknown — and unknown is handled exactly like Child. It asks the question
again rather than guessing.
Every ad request is capped at the G content rating, for every player regardless of
age. Ads are served through Google AdMob, with Unity Ads as an additional source for players who have
told us they are 18 or over. Both are Google Play Families self-certified ads SDKs. Players in the
child, teen and unspecified age categories are served only by Google.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we collect no personal
information from anyone (see section 1). If you believe a child has provided personal information to
us, please contact us at sekiirooo24@gmail.com and we will act on it.
In short: Nothing is published unless you ask. The leaderboard is
opt-in: you can look at it freely, and only when you press Join board
are your score, a nickname the app generates for you, and your country published.
You can leave again at any time, which deletes your entry. Players under 18 can view the board but
cannot join it.
Your score — your best.
A nickname the app generated, for example BrightFox664. You did not choose it and it does not contain your name. There is no text field anywhere in the app — you cannot type a name, and neither can anyone else. You can re-roll it at any time from the leaderboard screen.
Your country, as a two-letter code.
An anonymous account identifier. The app creates an anonymous Firebase account so it can tell entries apart and so nobody else can overwrite yours. It is a random string. There is no email address, no password, no sign-in, no profile, and nothing linking it to you, to your device, or to any other app or service.
Nothing else. Not your age, not your advertising ID, not your device model, not your other game
progress.
From your mobile network, and failing that, from your device’s region setting. The
app asks, in order: the country of your SIM card, then the country of the mobile network you are
connected to, then the region setting that already decides your date format and currency. The first
of those that gives a usable answer is the one used.
A country is all it is. The app receives a two-letter code such as
PH or JP — never coordinates, never a city, never a street, never a route,
and never a continuous position.
The app has no location permission and requests none. It cannot use GPS, cannot
read your device’s location services, and cannot place you on a map. Reading the country of a SIM or
a mobile network requires no Android permission and discloses nothing beyond the country. We do not
read your phone number, your carrier’s name, your SIM serial number, or any device identifier.
What this does mean, stated plainly. Unlike the region setting used in earlier
versions, the country of your SIM or mobile network is an indication of which country
your device is in. That is a deliberate change: the old method was frequently wrong, and a player in
the Philippines whose phone language was set to English (United States) was placed on the United
States board. The leaderboard screen always shows you the country it settled on.
On a device with no SIM and no mobile network — a Wi-Fi-only tablet, or a phone in airplane
mode — the app falls back to your device’s region setting exactly as before. If no country can be
determined at all, none is recorded.
The leaderboard is opt-in. Opening it, looking at it, and switching tabs publishes
nothing and creates no account. Only pressing Join board does that, and the button is
the only thing that does. Until then the app reads the board and writes nothing at all.
Leaving takes you off it. Pressing Remove me deletes your entry
and stops the app publishing again. That preference is remembered, so it does not quietly undo itself
the next time you play. You can re-join later if you want to.
You can join only if the age you gave on first launch was 18 or over.
For everyone else — children, teenagers, and anyone who has not answered the age question — the app
does not create an account, does not sign you in, and does not publish anything. You can still see
the whole leaderboard. This is deliberate: under children’s privacy law an account identifier is
personal information, and publishing a child’s entry to a public board is not something we are
willing to do.
Google, through Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), acting as
our service provider. Google’s privacy policy:
policies.google.com/privacy
See section 18. You can delete your entry from inside the app, and uninstalling also stops any
further updates to it.
Rotoblocks is a mobile app and does not use cookies. Google’s advertising software may use device
identifiers and similar technologies as described in sections 1 and 5, subject to the age-based limits
in section 8.
In short: The strongest protection here is that there is nothing to
protect — we hold no personal information and operate no servers that could be breached.
Your game data stays on your device, protected by your device’s own operating system security. Data
handled by Google for advertising is protected by Google’s own security measures.
No electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should
only use the Services within a secure environment.
Rotoblocks requests:
Internet and network state — required to load ads,
Vibrate — for in-game haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings,
the Android advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) and the related advertising-services permissions, all added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Rotoblocks requests no location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage access of
any kind.
In short: You have rights over personal information. In our case,
most of them are satisfied by the fact that we hold none.
In some regions — including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada —
you have rights under applicable data protection law. These may include the right:
to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information,
to request correction or erasure,
to restrict processing,
to data portability,
to object to processing,
not to be subject to automated decision-making. (We carry out none.)
To exercise any of these, email sekiirooo24@gmail.com. Please see section 18, which
sets out exactly what we hold and what you can remove yourself.
Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on consent for personalised advertising, you
may withdraw it at any time via Info ▸ Ad Privacy Settings in the app, or through your
device’s system settings.
Complaints. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are processing your
information unlawfully, you may complain to your Member State data protection authority or to the UK
Information Commissioner’s Office. In Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and
Information Commissioner.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. No
uniform standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised, and we do not
currently respond to DNT signals. California law requires us to tell you this.
The device-level control that does work for this app is your operating system’s
“opt out of ads personalisation” setting, plus Info ▸ Ad Privacy Settings in the app.
We honour both.
In short: Yes. If you are a resident of California, Colorado,
Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New
Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights
of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out.
The following categories describe information processed through the app.
Identifiers: Google may collect advertising ID, IP address and other device identifiers for advertising, subject to the age-based limits in section 8. For adult leaderboard participants, we also process an anonymous leaderboard account identifier.
Personal information under the California Customer Records statute: We do not collect names, contact information, education, employment or financial information through the app.
Protected classification characteristics: We do not collect gender, age, date of birth, race, ethnicity or marital status. The age question's answer is discarded and never transmitted.
Commercial information: We do not collect transaction or purchase history or payment information through the app.
Biometric information: We do not collect fingerprints, voiceprints or similar biometric information.
Internet or other similar network activity: Google may process interactions with advertisements for advertising purposes.
Geolocation data: Google may derive approximate location from an IP address for advertising. The leaderboard records country based on the SIM or mobile network, falling back to the device's region setting. The app has no location permission, cannot use GPS or device location services, and never records coordinates, a city or a street.
Audio, electronic, sensory, or similar information: We do not collect images, audio, video or call recordings.
Professional or employment-related information: We do not collect job title or work history.
Education information: We do not collect student records.
Inferences drawn from collected information: We do not create profiles about preferences or characteristics. Google may draw advertising inferences for adult users who have consented to personalised advertising.
Sensitive personal information: We do not collect sensitive personal information.
We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
For adult users who receive personalised advertising, that advertising may
constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising”, under some
US state laws. You can opt out at any time via Info ▸ Ad Privacy Settings in the app,
or through your device’s ads personalisation setting.
For children, teenagers, and anyone who has not answered the age question, no such
sharing occurs: personalised advertising is disabled and the advertising identifier is not
transmitted.
Right to know whether we are processing your personal data
Right to access your personal data
Right to correct inaccuracies
Right to request deletion
Right to obtain a copy of data you previously shared with us
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
Right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling
Depending on your state, you may also have rights to obtain the categories of personal data
processed, the categories or specific third parties to which data has been disclosed, and to limit the
use of sensitive personal data.
Email sekiirooo24@gmail.com, or use the in-app control described in section 5. You
may designate an authorised agent; we may require proof of their authority.
Verification. Because we hold no account and no identifier for you, we usually
cannot verify a request against any record. If you are on the leaderboard, your entry is keyed to an
anonymous identifier held by your app install, so the in-app delete control is the reliable way to
act on it. See section 18.
Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing
sekiirooo24@gmail.com. We will respond in writing with our reasons. If your appeal is
denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
California “Shine The Light”. California residents may request, once a year and
free of charge, information about personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct
marketing purposes. We disclose none, but you may still make the request using the contact details in
section 17.
In short: Yes, as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
The updated version will be indicated by a new “Last updated” date at the top, posted at this same
public URL. If we make material changes we may notify you more prominently. We encourage you to review
this notice periodically.

If you are not on the leaderboard, we hold no data about you at all — no account,
no server-side record, no identifier linking you to anything.
If you are on the leaderboard, we hold exactly one record: your score, the three
numbers that render your generated nickname, your country code, and a timestamp, stored against an
anonymous identifier. You can delete it yourself from the leaderboard screen in the
app, which removes the record entirely.
What you can do:
Delete your leaderboard entry from the leaderboard screen. This is immediate and permanent.
Delete everything the app has saved by uninstalling Rotoblocks, or by clearing the app’s data in your device settings. This removes all of section 6 permanently, including your high score and progress.
Reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device’s system settings.
Withdraw or change advertising consent via Info ▸ Ad Privacy Settings in the app.
Ask Google about information its advertising software has collected, using the contacts in Google’s own privacy policy (linked in section 4).
If you email us at sekiirooo24@gmail.com with a request, we will respond and
explain exactly which of the above applies.
