Fabrication of RoTip's fingertip. There are three main steps for this fabrication process: (a) 3D printing of moulds using the FormLab Form 3 3D printer; (b) Silicone fabrication through mixing XP-565 Silicone with the slacker to obtain the clear elastomer; (c) Coated layer fabrication through mixing XP565 with NOVOCS solvent, aluminium powder, and Silver Bullet powder; and finally (d) Assembled fingertip.
