By reading and clicking "I agree to the Community Guidelines" you agree to

the guidelines of ROting

Foul language

Foul language such as swearing are tolerated due to the rating system, if you are no longer allowed to upload images and drawings, it is most likely due to doing the following:

• Too much swearing

• Uploaded more than the permitted amount of allowed images containing swears (10)

• Saying or speaking foul language to children under the age of 15

By violating those 3 terms or one of them leads to denial for all image uploading.

Extreme explicit content

Explicit content is allowed due to the rating system, if you do one of these 5 terms you will no longer be allowed to upload images over the rating of 3.

1. Extreme use of explicit content more than permitted usage (6 images)

2. Showing explicit content to those under the age of 19

3. Having N rating more than 4 times

4. Using the rating system to your advantage and keep ratings in 5 or X

5. Linking explicit websites in your image

By doing one of the 5 terms you can no longer upload content over the rating of 3 [Rating 3 defined here.]

Spam reporting and/or spam emailing

Spam reporting and spam emailing is a serious crime in ROting, if more than 4 of your emails or reports are fake, you will no longer be noticed unless we give you a second chance by extending the limit to 12. By violating one of 3 terms you will be ignored:

1. Keeping the fake reports under 4

2. Not emailing us every 5-45 seconds

3. Reports are real and not fake

Those 3 terms are very important to YOU the user. Violate one of them and you will not be believed.

Terms Of Services

If you have read the ROting TOS you should know that once you accept you cannot turn back and decline them. It was stated in there too. Violating at least one of the terms of services is enough to have you untrusted by ROting and is the same as violating the entire community guidelines. If all you did was scroll to the "I accept" and clicked it, without reading the TOS, that would explain why you would most likely violate one of them without knowing it.
