• • Clubs may submit their awards online at this website, OR through the traditional paper process. We ask that clubs NOT mix paper and online submissions. Clubs are to submit all awards online OR all awards on paper.

  • Each Club may submit ONE application for each award.

  • Clubs submitting awards online may wish to collect award information with the paper forms before completing the applications.

  • Clubs submitting online may upload links, files or covers. Cover sheets are not required for online submissions.

  • Club award chairs or persons designated to submit the club awards online will need a Gmail account to complete the online awards submission which will include uploading supporting documents and files.
