Concert Programing Examples
Concert music, graphics and program layout
My approach to program planning balances artistic quality, educational purpose, and audience engagement while remaining responsive to the needs of the ensemble and the community it serves. Repertoire is selected to support vocal development and musical literacy while exposing students to a wide range of styles, historical periods, languages, and musical traditions from around the world. I intentionally program music that offers both challenge and accessibility, creating opportunities for growth through varied textures, expressive demands, and ensemble formats. Through thoughtful sequencing across seasons and performances, programming becomes an extension of instruction—supporting student learning, cultural awareness, and meaningful musical experiences for performers and audiences alike.
