Keeping Children Safe

Online sessions

• Sessions will be conducted using Google Meet.

• All sessions will be recorded and kept on a secure cloud.

• Parents/guardians do not need to be present but we ask that the student is in a room with the door open and that the parent checks in periodically through the session.

• Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in on sessions should they desire.

In-person sessions

• Rooms in which session take place will need to have the door open at all times.

• Parents/guardians should be present in the house but do not need to be sat in the room at all times.

• Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in on sessions should they desire.
