Roshni leads work at the intersection of impact measurement, data systems, and policy use of evidence. She drives improvements in data standards, analytics workflows, and institutional systems that enhance the quality and uptake of evaluation data for decision-making. She designs and leads large-scale training programs in data management, analytics, and reproducible research, reaching diverse global audiences through both in-person and online formats. Her work advances data-driven policy initiatives such as Home Grown School Feeding with the World Food Programme and other government and partner collaborations. She works with the World Bank’s Development Impact group and previously with J-PAL. She holds a Master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Outside of work, she teaches yoga and maintains a steady personal practice.
