Roshni Khincha

Roshni works across strategy, evidence, and execution, with a focus on helping complex organizations turn knowledge into action.

At the World Bank, she manages multi-country development portfolios and research and learning initiatives across food systems, education, agriculture, labor markets, and social protection. Her work includes the Home-Grown School Feeding portfolio with the World Food Programme, where she brings together governments, researchers, donors, and operational teams across countries to support portfolio delivery, evidence generation, learning, and policy engagement.

She also leads analytics and learning initiatives, including large-scale training programs, assessment frameworks, and data and learning systems designed to strengthen how organizations use evidence. Previously, she worked with J-PAL on randomized evaluations in education and labor markets in India.

She holds a Master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Outside of work, she teaches yoga and maintains a personal practice.
