Welcome to my Music Page.  My most recent videos are posted at the top, and I have a Spotify playlist for an album I released before I began doing children's music.  

I enjoy writing about topics like being a kid, insects, and animals... including chihuahuas and sea otters. I try to find cover songs that are long forgotten, but are beloved and that I feel should be out in the public space again.  A friend introduced the songwriter and performer Ella Jenkins to me a couple of years ago.  She was 100 years old when she passed last year and was considered the "First Lady of Children's Music"  by many.  I love many of her songs and try to include her songs into sets that I play for preschool and library programs.  

I have been also able to team up with a local kindergarten teacher for a couple years to write songs for the current curriculum she was covering in class.  The Pollinators song and C-H-I-C-K-E-N song came out of this collaboration.
