1. Booking & Check-in Policy:
To confirm a room booking, guests must provide their name, phone number and a copy of their National ID/Passport.
Check-in time: From 1:30 PM.
Check-out time: By 12:00 PM.
All guests are required to sign the resort register at the time of check-in.
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
If the booking is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, the advance payment is refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
3. Guest Conduct & Responsibility:
Guests are expected to maintain peaceful and courteous behavior at all times.
Any damage to resort property must be compensated by the responsible guest.
Loud noise, drugs and any form of illegal or antisocial activities are strictly prohibited.
4. Children & Extra Guest Policy:
No unmarried couple is allowed.
Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge.
For children aged 5 years and above, additional charges will apply for extra beds and meals.
5. Food & Beverage:
Breakfast is included with the room.
This condition does not apply if the room is booked without breakfast.
6. Security & Emergency Services:
The resort is equipped with 24-hour active CCTV surveillance.
In case of any emergency guests are requested to contact the resort management immediately.
7. Environmental Protection:
We are committed to preserving the natural environment. Guests are kindly requested to protect plants and avoid unnecessary wastage of water and electricity.
8. Pet Policy:
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the resort.
9. Power Outage:
In case of a power failure, only room fans will operate on IPS backup.
10. Emergency Situations:
In the event of a national emergency, the authority reserves the right to cancel bookings and refund the advance payment.
