We are the Rose Avenue Community Garden; a local, grassroots, community initiative in Surrey Hills. After working for more than four years on the garden, we finished planting and mulching on March 1st, 2024; our Founding Day.

This was an important moment, as we had risen over pressures from council, covid lockdowns, and the condition of the soil. Therefore, we invited everyone to our Founding Day BBQ, on the 2nd of March at the Rose Avenue Community Garden.

People brought food to share and we all enjoyed the vibes! We loved seeing you there!
