This 5 acre park located on 3rd Avenue NE across the Roseau River from the Roseau City Center is home to the Roseau County Veteran's Memorial, the Roseau County Public Safety Memorial and a covered Gazebo.

Public washrooms on site. Food available at each concert for purchase, served by various local organizations.

Please bring your own chairs or blankets to enjoy the concert. Limited bench seating and picnic tables available.

The City of Roseau requests that all attendees please observe Minnesota Department of Health social distancing guidelines while attending concerts. The use of masks while attending large gatherings is also recommended.
