Regular life coaching sessions are designed to discuss, process, and understand current life experiences and develop skills and practices while navigating the connections between your mind, body, and spirit. During life coaching sessions, together we can co-create healing by setting goals, exploring progress, and exploring the origins of your experiences and how they impact you and your reality.
With the assistance of metaphysical tools like tarot and astrology, you can also explore intuitive guidance and better understand how to approach expanding and healing different parts of yourself and your life. Specifically with astrology coaching sessions, you will learn about your astrological make up and discuss how to strategize based on who you are and what is presently going on in the sky!

What is hypnotherapy? How does it work?
Hypnotherapy (or hypnosis) is a practice used to induce a heightened state of concentration, and focused attention which enhances your capacity to respond to suggestion by a trained and certified hypnotherapist or hypnotist. This state of deep relaxation allows you to be more open to understanding and making changes to perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts, and/or behaviors. (1)
A trained and certified hypnotherapist or hypnotist uses cues, repetition, and imagery to guide you through first inducing this intense level of concentration and deeply relax the conscious mind. From this calm and quiet state, you are more open to exploring the depths of your experiences and have a greater capacity to recall the origins of your thoughts, emotions, perceptions, beliefs, and/or behaviors. What is a hypnotherapy session like? Will I be awake?
The methods I used as a hypnotherapist are of invitation, so the depth of your experience is based entirely on your comfort and experience level. During your session you may feel slightly sleepy, similarly to how you feel first thing in the morning or right as you drift off to sleep. You are conscious the entire time, in fact, part of my process is me asking you questions and checking in with your journey. Being in a hypnotherapy session to me feels dreamy with a guided and interactive meditation.
In essence, a hypnotherpay sessions creates a safe container to be guided and supported through exploring yourSelf. With a relaxed conscious mind, you are more open to accessing the deeper parts of yourself and develop present understandings of what makes you tick along with creating new strategies, affirmations, and perceptions.
What is the purpose of hypnotherapy and how can it help me?
Have you ever said something out loud and immediately asked yourself why the heck you said that? Ever acted on compulsion or out of impulse? If you are a human being, I’d bet we share that experience. 😉
If you are familiar with Freud's Theory of The Unconscious Mind, often coined as the Iceberg Metaphor, you understand the idea that we as human beings are only consciously aware of a small portion of our minds!
The majority of our behavior originates not from conscious thought, but from deep seated and instinctual forces submerged within our subconscious minds. (3)
Our belief systems are directly correlated to how we experience ourselves, our lives, our relationships... And if you have ever explored manifestation or quantum mechanics, it is thought that our belief systems extend to impacting our realities too! Often times, we aren’t aware of the depths of our belief systems, and this is where hypnotherapy can heal.
What has your personal experience with hypnotherapy been like?
Studying and doing hypnotherapy sessions in pursuit of my certification completely changed my life. I continue to do sessions to further mySelf and expand upon my consciousness. Hypnotherapy in combination with various other practices have been pillars in my personal development and overall creation of ease, grace, and peace.
