Terms of Service
1. Payments
All payments are handled through Ko-fi. Full payment is required before I start a commission.

2. Commissions
I can accept or decline any request. We will agree on details before I begin.

3. Refunds

No refunds once work has started or is completed. If I cannot finish the piece, refunds are given based on progress: 100% for sketch, 70% for colour, 30% for render. 

4. Rights & Usage
I keep the rights to my artwork. You may use the final piece for personal use only.
No commercial use (Unless you paid for Commercial fee), reselling, NFTs, or AI training.

5. Revisions
You get 3 free revisions during the sketch phase. Extra changes may cost more.

6. Delivery
Delivery time can take up to a month depending on the commission. All final artwork is delivered digitally.

7. Respect
I will not accept rude behaviour or inappropriate requests.
