The App collects the following information from plumber users:
Phone number- Used as login identifier
Full name- For profile identification
Location- Area-based verification
Executive users provide only their official AkijBashir Group email and password for authentication. No additional personal data is collected from executives beyond what is already on record with AkijBashir Group.
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
Registering and authenticating plumber accounts
Processing QR code scans and awarding loyalty points
Managing plumber profiles and gift redemption requests
Enabling executives to register and manage plumbers in their area
Internal reporting and program management by AkijBashir Group
All user data — including personal information, QR scan records, and point balances — is stored on AkijBashir Group's own secured servers. Data is not stored on any third-party cloud platform.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Data is accessible only to authorized AkijBashir Group personnel and the ABG IT Department for operational purposes.
The App requires access to your device camera solely for scanning QR codes on AkijBashir product packaging. Camera data is not recorded, stored, or transmitted. It is used only in real-time during the scanning process.
Plumber users may:
Edit and update their profile information at any time within the App
Request deletion of their account by contacting us
Request a copy of their stored personal data
This App is intended for professional use by adult plumbers and field executives. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, particularly as new features such as payment gateways or additional services are introduced. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App or via their registered contact information.
