Please ensure that your work:
Is entirely your own original writing.
Has not been previously published in another journal or magazine.
Has been carefully proofread before submission.
Includes a title and your name.
Is submitted in english.
If your work is accepted elsewhere before we respond, we kindly as that you let us know.

Our Editorial Philosophy
Rosarium Press believes that every writer deserves to be met with kindness.
Each submission is read toughtfully and evaluated on its own merits. While we cannot publish every piece we recieve, every submission is deeply appreaciated. A decision not to publish is never a judgement of your worth as a writer, but simply a reflection of the needs and vision of a particular issue.

As a student-led nonprofit, our editorial team carefully reviews each submission alongside school and community commitments.
We ask for your patience as we tend to every seed with the attention it deserves. Response times may vary, but we will always do our best to communicate with contributors as promptly as possible.

A Garden Built Together
Rosarium Press is more than a literary journal, it is a growing community. In the seasons ahead, we hope to cultivate workshops, mentorship oppurtunities, iterary contests, volunteer programs, and gatherings that encourage writers to learn from one another and flourish together.

Every submission is read with care, curiosity, and respect. Our Editorial Team values honesty, originality, craftmanship, and a willingness to explore the human experience through language.
When evaluating submissions we consider:
Originality of thought
Clarity and strength of voice
Literary quality
Emotional depth
Creative use of language
Overall fit with the vision of each issue
Acceptance is based not only on the quality of an individual piece but also on how it complements the collection as a whole.
Should your work be accepted, our editors may suggest minor revisions for clarity, grammar, or formatting. Significant editorial changes will never be made without your approval.
Above all, we beleive every writer deserves thoughtful communication and respectful feedback whenever possible.
