Welcome to Rosalie Rose Salvadorian Bistro. Rosalie was founded by Jeovanny and Maria Hernandez, who shared a passion and love for their home country's food of El Salvador. Home natives of Houston, Texas, Jeovanny and Maria wanted to give their first home the first taste of real traditional Salvadorian food.

Rosalie Rose Salvadorian Bistro mission is to bring the fresh, homemade authenticity of El Salvador and present the best products to our guest. Our goal is to attract people all across the city to enjoy a concept full of comfort, culture, spirit and most importantly, GOOD FOOD! Jeovanny and Maria are dedicated in serving the best food with the best experience to help carve a future for Rosalie Rose Salvadorian Bistro and wants you to be a part of our journey!

Sweet sugar coated empanadas stuffed with homemade vanilla rice milk.

Dessert made from yuca and homemade cheese, topped with caramelized cane sugar.
