General Rules 

1. Check-in and Check-out 

1. Check-in time: 3:00 PM 

2. Check-out time: 12:00 PM 

3. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. 

2. Maximum Occupancy 

1. The apartment accommodates up 2 guests. 

2. Unauthorized guests are not allowed. 

3. Noise Levels 

1. Quiet hours: [Specify, e.g., 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM]. 

2. Be mindful of neighbors and avoid excessive noise. 

4. Smoking Policy 

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment. 

2. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. 

5. Parties and Events 

1. No parties or private events allowed.

Safety and Security 

6. Doors and Windows 

1. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving unit at night. 

2. Do not tamper with security systems. 

Fire Safety 

3. Candles or open flames are NOT permitted indoors. 

Cleanliness and Maintenance 

7. Kitchen Use 

1. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after themselves. 

2. Do not leave food out to avoid pests. 

8. Trash Disposal 

• Dispose of trash in the designated bins inside and outside the apartment. 

• Please remove all your trash and place it in the designated area outside the apartment before checking out.

9. Housekeeping 

• A cleaning fee covers standard cleaning after check-out. 

• Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request (extra charges apply). 

Amenities and Utilities 

10. Water and Electricity 

• Please conserve water and electricity as resources are limited in the whole country. 

• Turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving the property. 

11. Towels and Linens 

• Do not take towels or linens off the property. 

• Bath towels should not be used to clean floors

12. Wi-Fi Use 

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. 

• Do not use the internet for illegal activities. 

Pets 

13. Pet Policy 

• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted. 

• Additional fees may apply for approved pets. 

Liability 

14. Damages 

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 

• Report any damages or issues immediately. 

15. Personal Belongings 

• The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use the provided safe for valuables. 

Local Laws 

16. Respect Local Culture 

• Guests must abide by local laws and customs. 

• No illegal activities are allowed on the property. 

17. Visitors 

• Visitors are allowed only with prior approval.
