The Application period will open on October 5th and close on October 26th.

- - All applications received during that period that pass initial screening will then be entered into a lottery (See "what happens after I submit my application" section for more information).

What are the qualifications for applying?

See the "Becoming a Co-op Member" to learn about application requirements.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Each household is allowed up to 2 animals, either 2 dogs or 2 cats or 1 dog and 1 cat.

Are any of the home wheelchair friendly?

Yes. Some homes are designed for accessibility as an ADA compliant unit. These units are prioritized to households and people living with disabilities.

Do I need a social security number or legal US citizenship to apply?

No. We will not collect any information regarding social security, citizenship or immigration as part of the application.

Can I apply if my income comes from SSI or disability benefits?

Yes. SSI, disability benefits, and other forms of income all count.
