TechAppSuite ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Rope Buddies mobile application (the "App").
Rope Buddies is a casual arcade game designed for a general audience of children and adults. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your information.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Rope Buddies does not ask you to register an account or provide any personal information to play. We do not collect:
Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
Your location or GPS data
Photos, contacts, or any files from your device
Payment or financial information
All game progress is stored entirely on your device using Android's local storage (DataStore). This includes:
Game progress: score history, high score, player level, XP, and daily streak
Achievements: your earned achievements and claimed rewards
Inventory: coins and power-ups earned in the game
Preferences: sound and vibration settings
This data never leaves your device and we have no direct access to it.
When you use the App, certain non-personal technical data is collected automatically by the third-party services listed in Section 2. This may include:
Device model and Android OS version
App version
Crash logs and error reports
Aggregated gameplay event data (e.g., sessions started, screens viewed)
Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID)
This data is used solely to improve app stability and understand general usage patterns. It cannot be used to personally identify you.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the App. Firebase Analytics collects:
App usage events (e.g., session start, screen views, in-app events)
Device information (model, OS version, language, country)
App version and install source
A pseudonymous Firebase Installation ID
This data is aggregated and anonymized. It helps us understand which features players enjoy and how to improve the game. Firebase Analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of Firebase Analytics data collection, you can reset your device's Advertising ID or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your device settings:

We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically detect and report app crashes and errors. Crashlytics collects:
Crash logs and stack traces (technical error details)
Device state at the time of the crash (device model, OS version, available memory)
App version
A pseudonymous Crashlytics Installation UUID
This information helps us identify and fix bugs quickly to improve your experience. Crashlytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Crash reports do not include any personal information or game progress data.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect:
Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID)
General device information (device model, OS version)
Aggregated usage data for ad targeting and measurement

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's advertising settings:

Rope Buddies is suitable for players of all ages, including children under 13. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We do not require account registration or any personal data to play the game.
Third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) are configured to collect only non-personal, aggregated technical data.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will take steps to delete it.
The automatically collected technical data is used solely to:
Diagnose and fix crashes (via Crashlytics) to keep the game stable
Understand general usage patterns (via Firebase Analytics) to improve gameplay and features
Display relevant advertisements (via AdMob) to support free access to the game
We do not sell, trade, or rent any data to third parties.
All locally stored game data is secured by your device's own security settings.
Firebase and AdMob data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
We do not operate our own servers. All data processing is handled by Google's infrastructure, which maintains high security standards.
Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or use the Reset Progress feature (Settings > Reset Progress).
Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months per Google's default retention policy.
Crashlytics crash reports are retained for 90 days.
AdMob data retention is governed by Google's advertising policies.
You have the following choices regarding your data:
Reset game progress: Use Settings > Reset Progress within the App to delete all locally stored game data.
Uninstall the App: Removes all locally stored data from your device.
Opt out of personalized ads: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization on your Android device.
Opt out of Firebase Analytics: Reset or limit your device's Advertising ID in your device settings.
Request data deletion: Contact us at techappsuite@gmail.com and we will coordinate with the respective Google services to delete your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
