**1. Access to Information: R2WFG provides families with relevant information on programs, services, and resources available for neurodiverse individuals. This information can be helpful in making informed decisions about the future.

Speaker Sessions: Inviting experts and speakers to address the group provides valuable insights and guidance on various aspects of neurodiversity, education, employment, housing, financial/legal and transition planning. These sessions can empower families with knowledge and tools to better support their loved ones.

Quarterly Hands-On Workshops: Quarterly hands-on workshops available for personalized support in navigating the complexities of educational, governmental, and mental health systems in support of neurodiverse family members. These sessions are designed to provide practical skills and assistance in filling out paperwork, working with agencies, and developing actionable plans.
**4. Community Support: The sense of community that R2WFG offers is a welcome respite for families who may feel isolated or overwhelmed. Sharing experiences and strategies with others facing similar challenges can foster a sense of belonging and reduce feelings of isolation.
